What do you enjoy about the work you do?
Being an executive chef has always been my passion. And when you are passionate about and love what you do it is not work. It has been great to travel all over the world to hone my craft, and to meet many interesting people and food lovers alike. However, I get the most enjoyment from the simple thank you that I receive after I’ve finished catering an event.
